Chance at Last?
Some how i might have found,
A chance to prove the man I am.
I wish this person gives me a chance,
To prove that I am a true gentleman.
I hope that she is reading her mail now,
Looking for the message sent form my heart.
Maybe some day I can tell this girl,
From her I'll never want to be apart.
Just maybe I'll find the one some day,
For all I know she might be it too.
BUt for now I'll say "your beautiful",
But I want someday to tell someone "I love you".
I guess that's what we all desire,
It's all what we want in this life.
I just hope right now I have a girlfriend,
Then I can work on finding a wife.
I'm not ready to settle down,
I'm not prepared or ready yet.
Someday though I'll want what all people wish,
That special someone that can get me set.
So tired I am about this life,
But I will forever be.
If this don't work out,
Then I'll just try again baby!
So if this isn't the one for me,
And I can't get what I desire.
Then maybe someone here will give me a chance,
Cause when I started, my heart's on FIRE!!!
