to exercise when using it, start off with basic press-ups,
moving the hands positions help to develope different
sections of the muscle. You can then put your feet on the
couch and do press ups. Again use three chairs, feet on one
and arms on the other two, you now can dip further between

is to bring your arms up level with your shoulders, bend
at the elbow making 90 degrees e.g. i_o_i, now press your
fore arm against a door jamb and lift your chest up and twist
the chest away from the jamb. E.G. if you have the right forearm
pressed to the jamb, with the bicep level with your shoulder,
you should be pushing your chest away to the left and do the
opposite when you change your arms.hold for at least 7 secs
on each stretch.
