Site Service..or Lack there of!!!
Well lets see where do I start.. I have been on this site for
a few years and spent most of my time as a standard member.
Once they took away my ability to read profiles and respond
to emails I said what the hey and paid for a silver membership.
Little did I know I was simply donating money. Yeah I can
read profiles now and I can send email. But nothing else
on here works right!! I sign on and it says I have mail. I go
to the mailbox and surprise ... no mail. It says I have winks.
I click it and again no winks either. Now I do have a few winks
but they arent anyone Im interested in so I click the delete
button but noooooo they wont delete. I started with 6 unwanted
winks. Im up to 24 now and I dont want them. I send a question
to customer service and then I send another one.. and another..
and still no answer yet. Yes I could call since I am a silver
member but guess what. Its a toll call. No thanks. I pay here
and you wont answer me. Im not going to pay so I can get an answering
machine or be put on hold for a few hrs. My membership is due
for renewal in a few days but guess what my interest in being
here works pretty much like the site.. I will not pay again
for something that is broken and nobody seems to want to
fix. They sure do want your money tho. Well they wont get
anymore of mine.
