Single and still looking....
It seems as though we single men are totally on our own at
times, as the majority of peopl on Adult FriendFinder (and even in the bar
scene) are NOT looking for us. Couples are looking for couples
or single girls. Girls are usually looking for other girls
or couples. And then there's the gay and lesbian percentage,
and that puts most single guys out, too. So, what does a single
guy do? Take care of his own needs, and forget about it? Or
pay someone for the deed? It's not that there aren't
those willing to try a single guy once in a while, but the
majority spell it out in their profile: NO SINGLE MALES!
Part of this, I believe, is the unwillingness for a guy to
share his partner with anyone but another girl, or at least
be able to swap her for another in a swing situation. Another
issue may be the mentality of the 'attached' individual
where a single is concerned: What's wrong with him
that he's single? I'm not certain these are or
aren't totally accurate concerns, but there is prejudice
against single guys online, and in real life.
