Perfect First Dates?
I was wondering what people consider to be the best place
to take a girl on a first date, here are my views :
Cinema : Not good as a first date, unless you double it up
with a bar or something. For the simple reason you can't
really talk to your date at all, good for subsequent dates
where the movie can take a back seat!
Bar : Good, the quieter the better in my view. Get to know
your date well, for christ sake don't get more drunk
than she does - try to pace it as close to her as possible.
Don't want to be labelled a drunk!
Restaurant : Girls often don't like you watching then
eat which is inevitable as you can't help watch. Stay
away from pasta, it is messy!
Bowling : Often good for if you are going as a group or for
a first double date. 2 games with just you and her you will
have finished your games in 20 minutes and it's a case
of what now then!
Club : Good for getting more intimate but again noisy.
Other : In my opinion something more 'quirky'
wins the day if a girl wants something different, go ice
skating or go for a picnic if you live in the countryside.
My view : Bar is always a good first date unless she is tee-total,
follow the bar up with something a little different if you
can. Cinema is always good second date fodder. First date
- don't always expect to be invited in for coffee!
