15 reps is too many, 10 is too many, if you want to build muscle
on any muscle group or individual muscle the magic numbers
for fastest growth are 4-6 reps at most. 4-6 reps can be a
struggle but it will tear the most muscle fiber. Always
make sure you have a spotter when lifting heavy weight til
failure or any weight at all for that matter. As for resting
periods, take a day off between workouts and maybe a couple
days more depending on recuperating procedures. Make
sure to get a good gainer for post workout. Take within a
half hour to fourty five minutes after any workout to heal
and mend the torn fibers. Whether gaining or losing weight
it is always smart to eat or easier, drink a meal after workouts.
